It was such a beautiful day, Emily and I decided to go hiking at Malibu Creek State Park. Normally on the weekends there are a lot of people and today was no exception. To avoid seeing so many people we entered the park through a side entrance. We managed to be alone for a good 20 minutes before seeing anyone else.
The trail is immaculately maintained and it felt so nice being away from the busy world for awhile.
The furthest point we got to was the Rock Pool and this was place everyone was out. It seemed that a lot of people like swimming in the water by the three large rocks. Some evened climbed up and braved jumping off what seemed like 100 feet into the water below.
I hope to go again when there are not as many people around. It takes away from nature I was looking for.
